The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan professional military association founded in 1924 to represent and advocate for the interests of enlisted members of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. FRA focuses on legislative advocacy, quality-of-life issues, and preserving the rights and benefits earned by sea service members and their families.

Membership Eligibility Requirements
Membership in the Fleet Reserve Association is open to individuals connected to the U.S. sea services.

- Associate memberships may be available to spouses, family members, civilians, and supporters.
- No combat service or wartime service requirement applies.
